According to Mauri, "My job is to help my clients get jobs. My success is reflected in their success. Our interview prep sealed the deal with this job." Mauri is a frequent speaker at professional conferences, job fairs, and student career panels, and she has provided services as an Adjunct Adviser at the Career Center at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. Her talents lie in her attention to the details of every aspect of the relationship. In addition, Mauri provides executive level talent acquisition with her sweet spot including senior level management roles in the functional areas of Marketing/Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and Technology. Here's feedback from a hiring manager, “Mauri understands our business and quickly 'got' what we were looking for, nailed it on the head. She has an amazing ability to find great people.” Prior to founding Career Insiders, she successfully recruited and established recruitment departments for a diverse client base, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies in financial services, biotechnology, software, IT consulting, and other industries. Previously, Mauri enjoyed a successful high tech career with such companies as IBM and McKesson. "Mauri is great at working with people, exceptional at assessing people, she is smart, inquisitive, and perceptive. All things that make her a top talent manager."...Cheryl Paterson, Senior Vice President, Development, PeopleStrategy "I recently hired Mauri Schwartz to provide outplacement services. The results were outstanding! She provided resume, search strategy, and interviewing services as well as ongoing coaching to ensure that our laid off staff would be successful in this competitive job market. In fact, one person obtained a new job before his official termination date. I am very impressed with the attention to detail and focus on making sure that our employees could clearly and positively articulate their strengths and accomplishments. The effects were dramatic. I don't know how she does it, but Mauri has a way of working with the basics to ensure that job seekers will be successful." …Guy DeFlorio, Chief Technology Officer, Mutual Materials Company
