Green Shoe Garage (GSG) is a Maryland-based sole proprietorship specializing in electronics engineering and technology consulting. GSG takes pride in doing two things exceptionally well. Specializing in designing solutions for remote monitoring of environmental conditions and machinery status; as well as the remote control of infrastructure systems. Highly skilled at hardware and software troubleshooting, rapid prototyping/proof of concepts, and integrating with existing systems. 3) Provide a wide spectrum of business and technical support including systems engineering and architecture, market surveys/trade studies, technology training, help to formulate product strategy, and serve as an independent peer review and sounding board for those developing their own products. 4) Help build out your organizations Internet strategy to include website design, implementation of cloud-based solutions, effective use of the latest web strategies and technologies, mobile device selection, and training if so desired, so you can maintain your own web presence. 10-year active and reserve naval career culminated as an active duty Lieutenant (O-3) in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps. Highlights include serving aboard the USNS KISKA while attached to the Military Sealift Command. Served as production officer for the Public Works Department at Naval Air Station Key West while attached to the Naval Facilities Engineering Command. While attached to the Naval Air Systems Command at NAS Patuxent River, served as a project engineer.

Developed website that permitted the department to move it's entire paper directory of electronic components onto an Academy-wide Intranet. Assembled electronic projects for use in academy electrical engineering laboratories. Designed, assembled, and programmed an automatic temperature control device that could be used by car windows. Gained proficiency in real world applications of C, C++, Basic, Visual Basic, Fortran, and HTML.
