Q How do packages work?
A Once you've purchased your package, you'll receive a code to book time with our Evisors. A professional Expert is 1 credit per 30 minutes and a premium expert is 1.5 credits per 30 minutes. You can split up your credits however you would like, though we offer some recommendations below.
Q What are professional and premium experts?
A Our network is composed of approximately 80% professional experts and 15% premium experts (the small remainder are unavailable for package rates). Experts are categorized by the rates they charge. You can filter search results by professional and premium packages.
Q How do I find the right expert?
A You can search our entire expert database here. Use keywords and filters (found on the left) to refine the results based on your criteria. If you have any trouble finding the right expert, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@evisors.com.
Q How should I divide up my sessions?
A We believe that you are the best judge of what help you need, so you can divide up your credits among experts and sessions as you would like. However, here a few suggestions:

Case interviewing? 18 credits

  • 2 * 30 minute resume & cover letter reviews (2 credits)
  • 1 hr behaviorial interview (2 credits)
  • 5 * 1 hr case interview (10 credits)
  • 2 * 1 hr fit + case interview (4 credits)

Applying to school? 12 credits

  • 1 hr assessment call (2 credits)
  • 6 email essay revisions (6 credits)
  • ½ hr mid-assessment call (1 credit)
  • 1 recommendations review (1 credit)
  • 2 * full application review (2 credit)
Q How much is a credit worth?
A A professional expert is 1 credit per 30 minutes, and a premium expert is 1.5 credits per 30 minutes. You can split up your credits however you would like (though we offer recommendations below).

A With credits, one email question = one 30 minute session. Thus, an email question with a professional expert is 1 credit, and an email question with and a premium expert is 1.5 credits.

Q How does your guarantee work?
A We believe so strongly in the power of the Evisors experience that we guarantee 100% satisfaction. First, if you don't believe your evisor is the right fit for you, you can end the session in the first 10 minutes and you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. Second, if you complete your session and are unhappy with the experience, please email us at support@evisors.com. Upon reviewing your session (all are recorded), we can offer you a new session or refund your money.
