Damali Rhett has been helping clients and corporations since 2004 find their approach to successful careers and lives.

After graduating from the Tuck School of Business, Damali worked as a sought-after strategy adviser to energy companies specializing in business process transformation.

Since 2004, Damali has helped numerous people find success in their careers, particularly in management consulting. Since 2006, Damali has worked with several consulting firms on recruiting at various levels in the recruiting process. She has led numerous national sessions on successfully navigating the consulting case and behavioral interviews. She has over a 95% success rate for clients she has coached one-on-one in the case interview process. Additionally, since she led MBA recruiting for the Tuck School for Deloitte Consulting, Damali understands what drives the consulting process. My experience with the case interview isn't just because I spent eight years in management consulting. During my time as a consultant, in addition to working as a consultant, I led the recruiting team for a top MBA. I gave dozens of candidates cases, gave case feedback to the national recruiting team and led workshops on how to succeed in the case interview.

Damali has also helped dozens of people achieve their career goals through her insight coaching approaching. She is able to offer both an empathetic ear, and a pragmatic approach.

    I offer two kinds of mock interview services. The first is a consulting case interview. I have been called the Consulting Trainer to the Stars by some of my former workshop participants. The case interview and group interview is a requirement of consulting firms. I have led sessions for top firms, at national conferences and on campuses for hundreds of students. On an individual basis, not only have I interviewed more than 100 candidates for roles at consulting firms, but I have also successfully helped numerous students achieve their goal of working for a top consulting firm.
